The Following Information Is Very Important!

• Package1&2 Requirements (Sound System & 1 Aggressor Light)

  • 1 dual-plug 120v receptacle on a 15-30 amp unused circuit, located within 100ft (preferably 50ft or less) of primary setup area.
  • primary setup area for DJ table must be minimum of 8ft wide X 6ft deep.
  • setup area for speakers must be a minimum of 3ft wide and 3ft deep (X2) and should be placed in front of main listening area for maximum effectiveness. Area must be flat and not directly on bare ground.

   

• Package3 Requirements (Sound System & Complete Light Show)

  • 2 dual-plug 120v receptacles, both of which must be located on a 15-30 amp unused circuit within 100ft (preferable 50ft or less) of primary setup area.
  • primary setup area for DJ table must be minimum of 8ft wide X 6ft deep.
  • setup area for speakers must be a minimum of 3ft wide and 3ft deep (X2) and should be placed in front of main listening area for maximum effectiveness. Area must be flat and not directly on bare ground.
  • setup area for FULL light show must be a minimum of 15ft wide and 6ft deep and be close to DJ table. DJ table (we have our own) can go directly underneath the main trellis.
  • if projection system is used, projector needs to be placed within 25ft of primary setup area and at least 10ft from projection screen for a decent size picture.  The farther away the better (needs to be in an area where no one will walk or rarely walk in front of projector and projector screen - this is a front projection system)

NOTICE - If you are not sure if adequate power is available at your event location, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to check it for you so long as the location is local to the LR/NLR area.  If ample electricity is not available, we can implement one of several possible solutions including bringing along our own generator.
While rare, it is always possible that an electrical breaker could be tripped if breakers are old and/or the electrical service is insufficient.  Someone will need to know where these breakers are located in or outside the building and have access to them incase this were to happen. If someone can show us where the breakers are when we arrive on site, we will be happy to take care of resetting a tripped breaker if this were to become necessary.
